Dear Customer
Please be informed that Air BP’s supply of Jet A-1 to a number of Norwegian airports will be changed
in the coming weeks and months to be able to serve the national Norwegian Rescue Service and their
new SAR Queen helicopter which require Fuel System Icing Inhibitor additive in JET A-1.
As stated in our contract with you, we will still deliver Jet A-1 according to the latest Defence Standard
91-091. However, the Jet A-1 will soon include Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) according to Defence
Standard 91-091 section A.6.
The refueling equipment and delivery tickets will be marked with: “Jet A-1 + FSII”
